We make every effort to give you the full Elite Bridal experience when you shop in our boutiques.
This means a personal one-to-one consultation with your own dedicated bridal advisor, who will take the time to get to know you and your wedding before guiding you through the wide range of styles you might be interested in.
You’ll be offered tea and coffee, and will have plenty of time to settle in and look around. You’ll also be allocated your own space for your appointment, with a comfortable seating area for your bridal and 360ᵒ viewing mirrors.
We believe each and every Elite Bride should be made to feel like the most important bride in the world, so we try to create a friendly, relaxed environment for you to take the appointment at your own pace and in your own direction. If you have any special requirements, let us know!
For £35, these appointments will include special gifts for the bride, a bottle of bubbly* (non-alcoholic), plus a range of tasty nibbles and treats for the whole party… all to make the experience extra special for the beautiful bride-to-be. You’ll also get to bring along one extra guest – making our allowance 5 guests and the bride herself!
Whether you’re part of a brilliant bride tribe, a loving mum or mother-in-law, or the extra special groom-to-be, this is the perfect treat for your bride! Make it a glamorous girls’ day out and spend a day with us in luxury.
We’re offering VIP appointments 7 days a week in all our boutiques. You can also upgrade any existing appointment by giving the boutique a call.
The £35 will be payable when we contact you to confirm your appointment time. Unfortunately we aren’t able to refund this if you miss your appointment, or cancel less than 48hrs in advance.
*We will be providing nosecco and sparkling shloer, tea & coffee instead of ‘bubbly’.

You can pay in full for your dress on the day, or we offer interest-free payment plans over 2-5 months to work with your wedding budget.
We’ll show your bridal party how to get you in and out of your wedding dress, including lacing up – which is trickier than you think! If you want to make absolutely sure your dress hugs you perfectly on your wedding day, we also offer a professional dressing service.
Although with the vast range of sizes available your dream dress might just fit you like a glove, we also have in-house seamstresses who will provide any necessary alterations – including, in some cases, making your dress a truly bespoke design.
Our boutiques carry over 3,500 gowns in sizes 6-26. This means that, unlike in most bridal stores, you can try on your dream dress in the right size at your very first appointment.
Many of our dresses can be altered to suit you – for example changing a zip back for a corset, adding sleeves, or altering the length of your train.
Your personal bridal advisor and our in-house seamstress will be happy to chat to you about the possibilities for making you a truly bespoke gown, and the associated pricing.
