Following the government’s announcement yesterday, all our boutiques will be closed for the duration of the lockdown.
In the meantime, you will still be able to reach us through Facebook, Instagram or Twitter @elitebridaluk and through our website. We know there will be lots of questions for those who have accounts with us – please don’t hesitate to ask, and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we possibly can.
For those on payment plans with our boutiques, these can be made via bank transfer, and your items will be available to collect as soon as our boutiques reopen. All items on preorder are still running as normal, but due to the closure there will unfortunately be delays on collection for some. Please get in touch with us via our website or social media for details or to discuss an upcoming payment; alternatively we will email you on the day your payment is due.
We’re truly heartbroken to have to close, but we are still here to support all our customers at this difficult time and we hope to see you all through our doors when we reopen on the other side of the lockdown.
